Product Description of: Knock Knock Instant Mousse Powder
Nice-airy handy
Beat-Whisk instant whipped cream is nice and fluffy and easy. Whipped Knock-Knock can be excellently mixed by the yogurt, custard and, for example, chipolata pudding. You can also mix it with salad dressing, mayonnaise, dip and fondue sauces, which make them less powerful.
Vanilla semolina with chocolate sauce
Ingredients (for 4 people): 1/2 liter milk, 1/2 packet of vani lle sugar, pinch of salt, 40 grams semolina, 40 grams sugar, 7 grams gelatin, 3 sachets Knock. For the sauce: 125 ml milk, 75 ml wa ter, 75 grams sugar, 150 grams dark chocolate, 1 sachet Beat.
Boil the milk with some vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, add the semolina, cook lightly, add sugar and gelatin.
Before solidifying, add the Beat beat according to the instructions on the package, pour the whole thing into molds and let it become firm in the refrigerator. For the chocolate sauce water and sugar o pkoken, dissolve the chocolate in it, add prepared Knock Beat and let it cool. The semolina puddinkjes are now poured on dessert plate and can be garnished with apricot and strawberry. The chocolate sauce is poured around the puddinkjes.
Preparation method: Beat Beat Instant Mousse powder
1 Before use, cool the bowl and whisk or mixer under cold running water.
2 In a high, narrow bowl, mix the contents of 1 sachet of Beat Beat with approx. 80 ml of cold milk (approx. 5 °C). This is more than half a coffee cup.
3 Then whisk the milk and powder with a whisk or mixer for 3 to 4 minutes. You will then receive the largest storage (200%).
4 Beat Beat is already sugared. If desired, you can add powdered sugar to taste. If you add extra milk, Knock Beat thickly liquid.
