Add it yourself:

Requirements for the oven:
– 1 pack Mix for Brown bread with Seeds and Kernels
– 250 ml warm water
– 20 g butter or margarine (at room temperature)
Oven temperature
Electric oven: 220°C
Hot air oven: 200°C
Gas oven: position 5-6
Preparation time
Preparation: 10 minutes
Proofing time: 10+60 minutes
Baking time: ± 25 minutes
Method of preparation for the oven
1. Put the mix and butter in a batter bowl (if necessary, keep one level spoon mix for decoration) and add the 250 ml of water.
2. Knead the whole in about 4 minutes with a mixer with dough hooks to a smooth dough.
3. Let the dough rise in the bowl, covered with cling film (or a tea towel), for 10 minutes at room temperature.
4. Lightly sprinkle the countertop with flour, flatten the dough, or use a rolling pin and pull it out into an oval dough piece.
5. Fold the points of the dough inwards so that they touch each other and a rectangle is created. Flatten it again (or use the rolling pin).
6. Roll the dough piece firmly into a dough roll.
7. If you want to decorate the bread with the retained mix, brush it with water first. You can also add extra seeds and seeds.
8. Place the dough roll with the seam down in a greased cake tin (30 cm) or on a (greased) baking sheet (with baking paper).
9. Place a tea towel over the rolling pin and let the dough rise in a warm (draft-free) place for 50-60 minutes.
10. Preheat the oven 15 minutes before baking.
11. Bake the bread in the bottom of the oven for about 25 minutes until done and browned.

Method of preparation for the bread maker
1. Put the 275 ml of water in the baking tin.
2. Then add the bread mix and the 20 g butter.
3. Set the bread maker to the desired program (e.g. normal) and start the program.
4. Let the baked bread cool on a grid.
Because bread makers with different sizes of content are available, it is best to consult the instructions for use of the bread maker.
