Mix for minced meat traditional

Preparation (for 4 people): mix approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) Verstegen mix with 500 g minced meat. If necessary, add 1 rusk/20 g breadcrumbs, an egg or 100 ml milk/water. Turn four balls, heat 2 tbsp (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the balls over medium heat in about 20-25 minutes all around nicely browned and cooked.
