The Dutch love dairy drinks

The Dutch are real dairy lovers. Of course cheese is also included, but don't forget all dairy drinks! In the past, the farmers processed the milk themselves into dairy products on the farm. Now this is mainly done in large dairies. FrieslandCampina is a large and well-known dairy manufacturer in the Netherlands. Here they make milk drinks in all shapes and flavors. Milk drink in different flavors

You can choose a milk drink in various flavors. Original milk, vanilla milk, chocolate milk and milk drink with various fruit flavors. Yogho Yogho, for example, has flavors such as red fruit and peach. In addition to all flavors, you can also choose semi-skimmed or full-fat milk drinks. If you pay attention to the diet, semi-skimmed milk is better than whole milk. Many dairy drinks with added (fruit) flavors also contain quite a lot of sugar. But with Alpro soy milk, for example, care is taken that little sugars are used.

Drinking yoghurt

The difference between drinking yoghurt and regular milk drink is that drinking yoghurt is slightly thicker. It is prepared in the same way as yogurt and therefore contains various healthy bacteria. These bacteria must contain at least two specific bacteria in order to be allowed to sell the product as "drinking yoghurt". Another advantage of drinking yogurt is that it contains proteins, zinc and calcium and drinking yogurt often contains more vitamins than regular milk. But just like with a flavored milk drink, you should pay attention to the amount of sugars and not drink too much of it, because then it is of course no longer healthy.
