Verstegen Spice mix shoarma superjar

• Spices (21% cumin, 5% bell pepper, nutmeg, fennel seeds, pepper, cloves, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, allspice, chilies)
• salt
• rice flour
• corn syrup
• natural flavourings (bevat selderij)

Supplies (serves 4): 500 g chicken (thigh) fillet, pork or lamb (in strips), approx. 11/2 tbsp (15 g) Verstegen mix, 2 tbsp (olive) oil, 1 red pepper, 1 white onion.
Preparation method: cut the meat into strips, if necessary. Season the meat with the Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the onion into rings. Heat a frying pan or wok with the (olive) oil and add the bell pepper, onion and meat. Stir fry over high heat for approx. 8-10 minutes.
