Product description
Dr. Oetker Glaze Choco has a delicious chocolate taste. This makes a thick crunchy chocolate layer on cake, cookies, muffins, cupcakes and brownies. One bag is enough for approx. 12 cupcakes or 1 cake or brownie.
Preparation method
1. Bring water to a boil and pour it into a bowl. Then place the bag in the bowl for 10 minutes. Make sure the bag remains under water.2. Remove the bag from the water and knead the sachet of glaze well.3. Cut off the top corner of the bag (see cutting edge) and pour the liquid glaze over the pastry. If necessary, smooth the glaze with a flat knife.4. Let the glaze cool for about 30 minutes. TipIf you want to decorate the glaze with, for example, Dr. Oetker sprinkle decoration, do this immediately after the glaze has been applied to the baking. Happy baking!
