Whipped cream firmer for 250 ml whipped cream
Dr. Oetker Klop-Fix is a whipped cream firmer. Beat-Fix ensures that the whipped cream remains nice and firm and prevents cake crust from softening too quickly. With a bag of Klop-Fix, the whipped cream looks nicer and firmer.
Klop-Fix is easy to use. A bag is sufficient for 250 ml of whipped cream. You add it to the whipped cream while whipping.
Preparation method Dr. Oetker Klop fix
1. Add the contents of this bag, possibly with sugar and/or Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar, to 250 ml of cold whipped cream while whisking.
2. Beat the whipped cream until it is sufficiently stiff. Ideal for garnishing pastries and desserts.
Keep cool and dry.
