Product description of: Jumbo Organic Unpolished Rice
Organic brown rice has a mild, nutty taste and is slightly tougher than white rice. Brown rice is also called the wholemeal bread among the rice varieties. In addition to the core, the rice grains also contain the fleece.
Preparation method
Use brown rice as a base for a hearty rice meal or make cold rice porridge with nuts.
Procedure
Pan: put the rice without washing in a pan with plenty of boiling water. Bring the water to a boil again and let it boil for 15 to 17 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat source, drain the rice and leave for another 5 minutes with the lid on the pan. Spoon the rice before serving.
