Preparation method
procedure: 1) Put the rice (75 g per person) in a pan with plenty of boiling water. 2) Bring to the boil again and leave the rice for 8 min. boil through. 3) Remove the pan from the heat source and drain the rice. 4) Leave the rice for another 5 min. stand with the lid on the pan. 5) Stir the rice before serving.
