Add yourself: 500g low-fat cottage cheese, 250ml whipped cream, 60g butter/margarine and 300ml water.

Supplies
– 1 pack Dr. Oetker Cheesecake Mango flavor
– 500 g low-fat cottage cheese
– 250 ml whipped cream
– 60 g butter/margarine
– 300 ml water
Kitchenware
– Springform Ø 24 cm
– Mixer with whisks
– Batter bowl
– Saucepan
Preparation time
Preparation: ±15 minutes
Stiffening time: at least 2.5 hours
Prepare (5 minutes)
– Place the enclosed sheet of baking paper over the springform bottom. Place the border on it and close the springform.
– Melt 60 grams of butter in a pan.
– Remove the pan from the heat and stir the contents of the bag of crumb bottom mix into the melted butter.
– Cover the bottom of the springform evenly with the mass and press it firmly with the convex side of a spoon.
Cake making (5 minutes)
– Put 300 ml of water (at room temperature 10-20°C), the cottage cheese and the whipped cream in a bowl and mix with a mixer with whisks on the lowest setting. For best results, use the cottage cheese and whipped cream directly from the fridge.
– Add the cake mix and mix the mixture with the mixer at the lowest setting in 1 minute until smooth. Then beat it on the highest setting in 21/2 minutes until fluffy.
– Pour the cake mixture over the bottom.
– Let the cake set in the fridge for at least 21/2 hours.
Decorate (5 minutes)
– Decorate with fresh pieces of mango.
Tip
After stiffening the cake, cut the cake loose from the edge with the help of a knife. After this, you can easily remove the springform.
