Tips: You can keep the baked pancakes warm between two plates that are on a pan with boiling water. You can also heat them up in the oven (approx. 50°C) or in the microwave. For bacon pancakes: first put the bacon in the pan and pour over it after the batter. For apple pancakes: pour batter into the pan (press 6 slices of freshly sour apples into the batter per pancake), then spoon a little batter over the apple slices. Have fun baking!
