Silvo Mix for Shawarma

• salt 29.9 %
• flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate
• glucose
• dextrose
• yeast extract
• parsley
• rapeseed oil

• anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide
• Total content of herbs and spices: 50%.

● Sprinkle 1 kg of pork cut into strips evenly with the mix.
● Mix well and leave on for 15 minutes.
● Heat butter or baking product in a pan and bake the meat strips for about 8 minutes until brown and cooked.
● Do not add salt or pepper.
Tip
● Delicious with a pita bread with onion, red pepper and garlic sauce and a salad of cherry tomatoes with a pinch of Silvo chives.
