Smelik Puff Pastry Tompoezen

• Puff pastry: wheatflour, butter (contains milk), salt.
• Pudding powder: sugar, modified potato starch, whey powder (contains milk), whole milkpowder, vegetable fat (coconut, palm, palm kernel), dried glucose syrup, milkprotein, raising agent (disodium diphosphate), natural flavouring, emulsifier (lactic acid ester of mono and diglyceride), thickener (calcium acetate, stabilizer (sodium phosphate), natural dyes (riboflavin, annatto), salt.
• Icing: sugar, corn syrup, water, preservative (potassium sorbate).

The ingredients present in this package are prepared in such a way that you do not have to bake or cook anything, simple assembly is sufficient.
Fill the measuring tray with a level amount of water or milk (= 125 ml). Open one bag of pudding powder, suitable for 3 tom cats.
Pour the water or milk into a bowl. While stirring, add one sachet of pudding powder to the water or milk. Stir well until you have a nice smooth pudding. Let the pudding stiffen for a while. Place the sachet of icing in a cup of warm water (± 50°C).
Open one slice of puff pastry. Spread the pudding over one slice of puff pastry.

Remove the sachet of icing from the water. Knead the bag thoroughly, cut off the corner and apply the icing to the puff pastry. Then cut the slice with glaze with a sharp and serrated knife into 3s, and place the puff pastry on the pudding.
You now cut the pastry into equal parts and you have 3 delicious fresh tom cats. After preparation, the tomcats, if cooled, have a limited shelf life.
