Since 1937, our Knaks have been made according to traditional butcher’s recipe in Oss in Brabant. For this we only use those ingredients that are needed to make a tasty, juicy sausage. That’s why our spicy knaks are prepared with pork with a spicy seasoning, delicious for your sandwich! No added flavour enhancers are used. With these delicious Unox Knaks you can be sure that you put something good on the table!

For 80 years, Unox has been inextricably linked to Dutch cuisine. We believe that the tastiest products can only be made from the best ingredients and that is why we continuously work on improving our products. Many Dutch households are now fans of Unox products. There are several stories about the origin of the brand name Unox. One claims that someone once thought of merging Unilever, Oss and Ox (English for OS) into Unox. And others swear that the name is an outcome of a competition among employees. Be that as it may, from 1937 onwards, the tastiest meat products are made under the brand name Unox.

We not only make knaks, but also soup, smoked sausage, snacks and recently even vegetarian hacked balls. So there is a starter, main course or snack for everyone.
