Chicken dish with pump oen and carrot

– 600 g Precooked potato slices
– 200 g Pumpkin, peel and seeds remove d
– 200 g Carrot
– 1 Bell pepper in strips
– 500 g Diced chicken
– 1 tbsp Thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
-1 Pot Potato Other Garden Herbs-Garlic

Optional: 120 g grated cheese to gratinate

Procedure
– Preheat the oven (convection oven : 200°C).
– Fry the chicken briefly, drain the excess moisture and season with salt and pepper.
– Cut the pumpkin into block ash and the carrot into slices of about half a cm thick and fry them al dente over a low heat.
– Mix the potatoes with the g roenten, thyme, chicken and Potato Other.
– Put the Potato Anders mixture in a casserole and sprinkle with the grated e cheese if necessary.
Put in the oven ± 35 min.
