Tips for the tastiest filter coffee
What coffee do you take?
Use this quick filter grind in a filter device or extension filter. For a cafetière or percolator, it is better to use coarse grinding.
Choose your strength
Tastes differ, but usual is 7 grams of coffee per cup (1 scoop or 2 level tablespoons).
The tastiest filter coffee…
With an attachment filter you can make the tastiest ‘slow coffee’. If you pour a splash of boiled (but not boiling) water, the coffee can well and the aromas are well absorbed. After 15 seconds, slowly pour up the rest of the water.
