Product description
Dr. Oetker Glaze Pink is deliciously sweet in taste and can be used on cakes, cookies, muffins and cupcakes. Also useful as a basis for decorating! One bag is enough for approx. 12 cupcakes or 1 cake.
Preparation method
1. Place the bag in a pan or bowl with a large amount of hot (non-boiling) water for 5 minutes. Make sure that the bag remains under water.
2. Remove the bag from the water and knead the sachet of glaze well.
3. Cut off the top corner of the bag (see cutting edge) and pour the liquid glaze over the cooled baking. If necessary, smooth the glaze with a flat knife.
4. Let the glaze cool for about 30 minutes.
Tip
If you want to decorate the glaze with, for example, Dr. Oetker sprinkle decoration, do this immediately after the glaze has been applied to the baking. Happy baking!
