This tasteful Gouda extra-mature cheese is deliciously spicy and has a slightly harder structure. This gives this extra matured cheese a real ‘bite’. The somewhat harder structure is because we have been given this Gouda extra-mature cheese a bit more time to ripen. The Gouda cheese has been stored in the cheesehouse for 8 months before it is in your kitchen.
