With Jumbo Breadcrumbs you give dishes a delicious brown crust. Brush meat or fish with beaten egg or butter and roll this through the breadcrumbs. Or sprinkle your casserole with breadcrumbs and place a few lumps of butter on top for a tasty gratin and spicy layer.
Tip
Breadcrumbs are also excellent for binding fresh spinach or as a moisture trap on (apple) pie crusts.
