Knorr Mix Curry Sauce

• Wheat flour
• potato starch
• palm fat
• salt
• maltodextrin
• curry powder 6.4% (turmeric, cayenne, ginger, cumin, black pepper, coriander, bay leaf, lovage, anise, cinnamon, fennel seed, lovage root, allspice)
• sugar
• apple powder 3.1%
• aroma
• hydrolysed vegetable proteins
• yeast extract
• potassium chloride,
• onion powder 0.3%
• lemon juice powder
• soyasauce (soyabean, wheat)
• concentrated onion juice
• parsley root
• sunflower oil

1. Stir with a whisk the contents of this bag with 125 ml of cold water and 125 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk in a pan.
2. Bring to a boil while stirring.
3. Add any fresh ingredients and let the sauce cook for a few more minutes.
Nice to vary!
– For a fresh taste, add some raisins and apple cubes.
– For a spicy taste, add 1 tsp. ground cumin.
