This mushroom sauce has a full creamy taste with pieces of mushroom and is delicious with pork chops, chicken, pork tenderloin and steak.
1. Stir with a whisk the contents of this bag of 250 ml of cold water in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring.
2. Add any fresh ingredients and let the sauce simmer gently for a few minutes under constant stirring.
Nice to vary!
– Prepare the sauce with 150 ml of water and 100 ml of white wine.
– For a spicy taste, add 10 g of finely chopped parsley and a pinch of mace.
