Product Description of: Smaakt Organic Oat Flakes
Oats contain more fats and proteins than wheat, rye or millet. These are “good” fatty acids. It is nutritious and easily digestible.
Preparation method
Let the oatmeal well overnight and rinse. Then boil 50 grams of oatmeal with 200ml of milk in 10 minutes to a creamy porridge.
