MIX FOR PORK CHOPS
Preparation method Verstegen mix for Pork chop superjar
Supplies (for 4 people): 800 g pork chops (with bone), approx. 2 tbsp (24 g) Verstegen mix, 2 tbsp (olive) oil.
Preparation: rub the chops with the Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Heat a frying pan with the (olive) oil. Bake the chops over medium heat in approx. 20-25 minutes until nicely browned and cooked.
Variation tip: serve the pork chop with boiled potatoes and seasonal vegetables. After preparation, use Verstegen mix for Potato to season the potatoes.
