Product Description of: Croma bake and roast liquid 450 ml
Croma gives meat and gravy a delicious, characteristic taste. Croma browns and melts faster than regular margarine. Croma is therefore more likely to reach a high temperature and immediately frys the meat. This keeps the meat nice and tender and juicy. Croma does not contain water, so it does not splash itself on its own. You bake meat in Croma!
Preparation method of: Croma bake and roast liquid 450 ml
Croma contains no water and is therefore quickly up to temperature. Stick with it for a while. As soon as Croma starts to brown, the meat can be put in the pan.
Croma Baking Tips
– Let the meat come to room temperature before you start baking it, so the difference with a hot pan is less and it remains more tender. Remove the meat from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before preparation.
– Pat the meat dry before baking.
– Make sure that you do not prick the meat with a fork during baking. Otherwise, all tasty juices are lost and the meat becomes drier.
– Let the meat rest for a few minutes after baking under aluminum foil. This way it stays nice and tender.
