Preparation per 100 gr. Spice mix: Cook the rice until tender and let it cool well. Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons of oil and add the spice mix. Add the rice and salt to taste and let the nasi goreng heat up well during constant stirring. Serve with fried egg, atjar, prawn crackers and sambal. Requirements: 500 gr. dry boiling rice, 250 gr. cooked meat.
